The Fleet Policy is designed to provide aircraft owners with certainty of coverage and maximum flexibility, while delivering competitive rates. It provides primary coverage to you as the aircraft owner for your hull and liability needs.
Coverage
- Hull coverage at agreed value.
- A $1M liability, $100,000 per seat sub-limit.
- A $5,000 deductible.
Permitted Usage
- Approved Use: private business and pleasure, aircraft sharing and rental.
- Approved pilots: unlimited (additional terms apply).
Prohibited Usage
The operation of aircraft which would require any of the following approvals from either the Federal Aviation Administration or Transport Canada is strictly prohibited.
- Air Carrier Certificate.
- Flight School Certification.
- Any offering of aircraft with crew, and/or carriage of passengers or goods for hire or reward.
Such operations without the required certifications and approvals will not only invalidate any insurance coverage, but may also lead to fines from the relevant regulatory authority.
