Weights: 1,420 lbs empty 2,400 lbs max gross 680 lbs max payload with full tanks (300 lbs of fuel) Avionics: Steam gauges, two radios, ADF and VORs working, GPS unserviceable, no autopilot. Interior: Original from 1973, roomy, comfortable seats for long cross country flights. Pilot + 3 passenger seats. Air vents for all seats. Miscellaneous notes: Spare headset, sun covers, Ipad yoke mount and tow-bar included. Airplane parked outside, 24-hour access via lockbox. Use: Ideal for long or short cross country. Cannot be used for instructing. Rental requirements (as per insurance): Annual open book exam (airplane speeds, weights). This was my check ride and first time meeting Derek IRL. PMH is a clean and well maintained aircraft, with an interior that is in really good condition. Derek is a joy to deal with. He has great communication skills, with speedy and clear responses to my many questions. He is a very patient check pilot. It is a pleasure to fly with him.
