This aircraft is a low time airframe that has been upgraded where it counts. The engine is now the O-320-D2J so the gross weight is now 2400lbs! The interior is Stene Fiberglass and the avionics are as follows: -King KMA 24 Audio Panel -Singtronics 4 place Intercom -Garmin 430 WAAS com/ GPS -King KY 196 Comm -King KN 53 NAV -Garmin 327 Transponder with ADSB for US operation -406 ELT -All external lights are LED Since it has long range tanks (50 US Gal) I like to keep it at half tanks but you can fill it before your flight with Avgas. The best price on fuel is the self serve at the South end of taxi way Echo. It's always a good idea to have renters insurance to cover your liabilities. Refer to the FAQ section to understand more about insurance. The plane is insured for licensed, current, pilots who have met all transport Canada, Flightclub.ca and insurance requirements. My insurance is the Flightclub.ca fleet policy, but that does not cover everything. A renters policy is a good idea.

Might be a good idea to check the top radio as ground mentioned they couldn't hear me well from that one. It might be just me, but when I switched to the bottom one they heard me loud and clear. Other than that, they plane performed great with my family.

Solid plane for time building and finally enjoy flying with my family. Support line was pretty helpful with the checkout process, and I can’t speak enough good things about Mark. He pointed out a bunch of pro tips that I would’ve loved knowing before my flight test, and will definitely make it a better pilot. Can’t wait to finally get to fly for fun.
